Arabiyum Ottakavum P.Madhavan Nairum in Oru Marubhoomi Kadha ,by veteran Director Priyadarshan starring Mohanlan and Mukesh hit theatres last week.After a gap of seven years ,Priyadarshan and Mohanlal duo are back together setting fire to non-stop laughter.Priyadarshan has succeeded in his attempt to entertain viewers to a large extend.Even though ,lack of good story thread and repetitious movie plots takes away it charm.

The film 'Arabiyum Ottakavum P.Madhavan Nairum in Oru Marubhoomi Kadha' talks about the problems faced by an ordinary Malayali employee in his company and also in the gulf region. P. Madhavan Nair (Mohanlal) works as an accountatn for a company in Abu Dhabi which is owned by an Arab (Shakti Kapoor).Over the years ,he finally managed to lead a comfortable life. All of sudden ,Meenakshi( Character played by Lakshmi Rai ) drops into his life from nowhere and both get married after eventful happenings.He strikes up with an old friend Abdu (played By Mukesh).Devising a new plan to make huge money as ransom , Both get involved in kidnapping Ilena (Bhavana) and took her to a desert.The following is how two deal with kidnapping ,leading to funny incidents.

Priyan has tried his best to make movie 'Arabiyum Ottakavum P.Madhavan Nairum in Oru Marubhoomi Kadha' entertaining comedy.There are several occasions evoking wild laughter.There are few scenes of melodrama blended with slapstick comedy not to make it monotonous in flow.Number of innumerable occasion reminds us of Priyans old Blockbuster hits giving a deja-vu feeling.As in his old hits ,you could see mistmatched identities raking up laughter.This time,Koya (Suraj Venjarammoodu )arises out of imposture.You could even see similarities in characterization as well.
