Free Facebook Credits Survey Scam

As Facebook being one of most widely used social network platform ,it's misused for fraud purpose frequently.One of the latest scam that has been spreading through Facebook is 'Free Facebook Credits Survey Scam'.It has been noted with scam that message appears on Facebook Walls claims that the user can get 5000 Facebook credits for free just by following a link in the post.

Those who follow the link will be tricked into spamming the Free Credits message and other such bogus promotions via their own Facebook Walls. Those who click links will be fooled into participating in various "surveys" or "offers" that require them to provide personal information and sign up for expensive subscriptions and victims will never receive their promised free credits.Facebook credits spam has been common in social networks over recent months.

With enticing messages, these promised credits are just decoy rendered by unprincipled Internet marketers to make money by cheating unsuspecting victims.Clicking these links will lead to pages that claim that victims must complete at least one "offer" before proceeding.These pages may ask users to provide personal information including name, address and contact details, seemingly to allow them to go in the draw for a prize. Others invite them to download dubious toolbars, games or software. If user try to close pages, popup messages will prompt them to stay on the page and complete the offer or survey before leaving.

As a word of caution ,Facebook users should be aware of any messages that offer Facebook credits, Facebook enhancements such as a Dislike button or "see who viewed your profile' apps, or devices such as iPhones. Don't ever click on such suspicious links and also spam your friends by Sharing or by installing fake applications that may send out such material in your name.
